The 953 Idler Group is a heavy-duty replacement idler assembly engineered for reliable performance on Cat 953 track loaders. Built to restore proper track tension and alignment and extend undercarriage service life.
Production Note: Initial PDI production of links for this group had the 3 holes in each link shaft tapped with 7/16 x 20 UNF thread. OEM Cat links use 1/2 x 13 UNC threads. PDI changed to OEM threads after 12/1/04. For early production groups, bolt 6-8S4724 (7/16 x 20 x 2.25") may be substituted.
