IronTrack Supply specializes in heavy equipment undercarriage parts for major brands including Cat, Komatsu, John Deere, Kubota, Bobcat, Case, Volvo, Hitachi, Doosan, and Takeuchi.

Product Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Availability: Product availability is subject to change. We will notify you if an ordered item is unavailable.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for qualified accounts.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at time of order unless otherwise arranged. Net 30 terms available for approved commercial accounts.

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

IronTrack Supply uses tiered freight rates based on order value and weight for undercarriage parts shipments.

Freight Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery is 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping available upon request.

Freight Damage: Inspect all shipments upon delivery. Report any damage to the carrier and IronTrack Supply within 48 hours.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.

30-Day Return Policy: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to conditions below.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Photos of the item and packaging required before return authorization
• 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered parts, electrical components, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item.

Product Warranty: All parts carry manufacturer warranties as specified. IronTrack Supply is not the manufacturer and provides parts as-is beyond manufacturer coverage.

Limitation of Liability: IronTrack Supply's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Fitness for Purpose: Customer is responsible for ensuring parts are suitable for their specific application and equipment.

All content on the IronTrack Supply website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IronTrack Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Trademark Notice: All manufacturer names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply endorsement.

Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
